The kawa tea is a type of green tea spiced with cardamom, lightly sweetened with honey or sugar. Pakhtoons introduced this tea in almost a 2000 years old city of Pakistan called “Peshawar.” They believe it is their staple drink and is also used as medication. 

The tea is a must-served after heavy meals like curries, lamb karahi, naan, and kabobs to help enhance digestion and burn fat.
